It has been developed by Jigsaw, the National Centre for Youth Mental Health.

- Understand what self-care is
- Recognise the importance of looking after your own wellbeing in your role as a parent
- Be more aware of your own self-care needs
- Be able to develop your own self-care plan.
What do I need to take this course?
It’s better to take the course on a computer or laptop, as it will not work properly on mobile phones. You will need your speakers or headphones, as there are videos with sound.
If you don’t have a block of 40 minutes you can save where you’re at, and pick up from that point later on. Apart from those things all you need is an interest in youth mental health and off you go.
