We have introduced new ways for you talk to a Jigsaw Clinician online.
If you’re a young person you can anonymously ask any mental health question or query you may have and have it answered by a Jigsaw Clinician. The questions are published on here on the site.
Jigsaw Online Group chats are for young people between 12 and 25 years-old, living in Ireland. These are live discussions online on mental health themes, moderated by a Jigsaw Clinician.
Each week has a different theme. Apply up until three hours before the chat opens.
Jigsaw launched a freephone number as part our response to Covid-19. The freephone provides free mental health support and advice to young people aged 12 to 25 years old, and parents or concerned adults who live in the Republic of Ireland.
You can also get in touch with Jigsaw clinicians by text message or email and ask for a return support call at this time.
