We have introduced new ways for you talk to a Jigsaw Clinician online.

Jigsaw Live Chat

Young people can get support directly from trained Jigsaw staff. Register to access daily live 1:1 chats, Mon-Fri 1pm-5pm or send an email at any time, and we will respond within 48 hours.

Ask Jigsaw

If you’re a young person you can anonymously ask any mental health question or query you may have and have it answered by a Jigsaw Clinician. The questions are published on here on the site.

Group chats

Jigsaw Online Group chats are for young people between 12 and 25 years-old, living in Ireland. These are live discussions online on mental health themes, moderated by a Jigsaw Clinician.

Each week has a different theme. Apply up until three hours before the chat opens.

Covid-19 response 

Jigsaw launched a freephone number as part our response to Covid-19. The freephone provides free mental health support and advice to young people aged 12 to 25 years old, and parents or concerned adults who live in the Republic of Ireland.

You can also get in touch with Jigsaw clinicians by text message or email and ask for a return support call at this time.
