No one could have predicted the situation we are currently in. The lockdown to prevent the spread of Covid-19 is challenging for our mental health.
While our face-to-face services are suspended, young people’s mental health is still our top priority. We have increased the frequency of some of our online features along with introducing new ones as part of our Covid-19 response.
Our Jigsaw support line is now up and running on freefone 1800 JIGSAW (544 729).
Jigsaw clinicians will take calls to provide free mental health support and advice to young people aged 12 to 25 years-old, and parents or concerned adults who live in the Republic of Ireland.
You can also get in touch with Jigsaw clinicians by text message and email and ask for a return support call.

Supporting mental health webinars
We have been running webinars for young people and parents.
Webinars last for about an hour, with clinicians giving some information and support on the theme, and then responding directly to questions from participants.
